It all started with an acquaintance who wanted to properly groom her riding arena…
…but as so often, there was a lack of the right equipment and the necessary small change.
The acquaintance spoke with our owner and founder, Willi Lingemann. He did what he loves to do most: He retreated to his office and started thinking, drawing, developing.
That was in 2008. Today, many years and thousands of arena groomers sold later, Willi is still tinkering like a maniac. Fortunately! Our modular arena groomers have enjoyed great popularity all over the world for years. And innovations such as the electric and fully automatic eSlim show: floor-care is a modern company that is up with the times!

- Company founder and managing director, the mind behind “floor-care”.
- Responsible for development and innovation.
Tom Lingemann
- Trained automotive mechatronics technician and now operations manager at floor-care.
- Responsible for all operational processes.
Julia Lingemann
- Dressage rider up to Inter I, B.A. in Business Administration; currently pursuing a Master’s in Controlling and Risk Management.
- Responsible for consulting, sales and controlling.
